Instructions:

• Open to AOI Members
• Age as on 01.01.2026 should be 40 years or less, Age proof to be furnished along with the abstract
• Abstract should not be more than 200 words
• Abstract should be formatted in MS Word; Times New Roman Font and Font size 12 Pt
• Abstract should be under the following Headings Title, Presenting Author, Aim, Methodology, Results and Conclusions

Dr. R A F Cooper Award for original article in the Junior consultant

Instructions:

• AOI life Membership is mandatory
• For Junior Consultants with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in ENT & Head, Neck Surgery
• Age as on 01.01.2026 should be below 35 years. Proof of the age to be furnished along with the abstract
• The candidates have to send Full Original Article in the field of Otolaryngology & Head, Neck Surgery
• The Article should not be published anywhere before the presentation
• Power Point presentation of the Abstract is not permissible
• The Original Research Article should be send in a double sealed large envelope to the Hon. Secretary, AOI Office
• The Winner of the Award will have the privilege of presentation in Main Hall on First Day of the Conference
• The Award winning article will be published as the main article in IJOHNS
• Time duration includes 5 mins introduction

Dr. Gananathan Govindaswamy AOI Research Paper Award

Instructions:

• Age as on 01.01.2026 should be below 35 years. Proof of the age to be furnished along with the abstract
• Nationality Indian
• Certificate from Head of Department is compulsory mentioning that student has conducted original research work
• Not published or presented anywhere else or copied from elsewhere
• 3 year Post Graduate Student or passed PG within one year before the conference
• Both MS ENT and DNB ENT candidates can apply
• Post holders of AOI National Body and their relatives or any candidate related to AOICON 2025 Organizing Committee can not apply for Research Paper Award
• Must be an AOI Member
• Paper must be submitted before the last date of submission
• Case report and video are not accepted
• Appropriate ethical clearance certificate from ethical committee has to be submitted
• Research shall not be sponsored from a private company or government

Dr. Sandra Nisha De Souza Award for oral presentation in the Post Graduate

Instructions:

• AOI life Membership is mandatory
• Bonafide Certificate from the HOD of the Dept. to be attached with the Abstract
• Abstract should not be more than 200 words
• Abstract should be formatted in MS Word; Times New Roman Font and Font size 12 Pt

Instructions:

• AOI Life Membership is mandatory
• Candidate should submit Power Point presentation in 1 Slides
• A passport size photograph of the presenter should be included in the presentation
• E posters will be displayed in the marked out area at the conference venue
• Abstract should not be more than 200 words
• Abstract should be under the following Heading Title, Presenting Author, Aim, Methodology, Results & Conclusions

Dr. S L Jaiswal Video Award Session

Instructions:

• Video can be on any subject related to ENT Disorders Diagnosis, Management, Prevention, Surgery, Patient Education etc
• Video should be in MPEG 3/MPEG 4/AVI Format
• The Committee of three nominated members will judge the session. The committee decision will be based on the content and technical expertise and will be final
• Only first 20 videos received before the due date will be accepted for the contest
• The participants who have not received Dr. SL Jaiswal Video Award Session in the last two years will be eligible to participate in the competition
